Staff Team

The Kindergarten is owned by Sangeeta Gardiner a mother of two whose children went to the Kindergarten. She is a qualified and experienced teacher who has worked in Early Years for eighteen years. She has been an Ofsted Inspector and an Early Years Advisory Teacher for the London Boroughs of Ealing and Brent. She assesses students working towards the Certificate for Children and Young People’s Workforce and mentors students on the Early Years Professional Status Course at Kingston University.

Windsor Kindergarten aims to provide the highest quality of childcare and education. This is achieved by employing experienced and mature staff who are trained in all aspects of early years education, care and development. The teams includes qualified teachers and those with Early Years Professional Status. All our staff hold enhanced CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) clearance and have worked together for many years. They are passionately committed to supporting the needs of individual children and a number of our team are trained in supporting children with additional needs, working closely with the Local Authority’s Special Educational Needs Department. The Kindergarten operates a high adult to child ratio. Each child is allocated a key person who develops a close relationship with them in order to help them settle into the Kindergarten. The key person keeps parents informed about progress and development throughout their child’s time at the Kindergarten.
