Windsor After School Club is situated in a beautiful and quiet part of Twickenham with close proximity to York House Gardens, Marble Hill Park, River Thames and Eel Pie Island. The Club operates from the Windsor Room of St. Mary’s Church Hall and children have access to a safe outdoor area for physical activities and regularly visit the local park.

The After School Club offers parents with high quality and flexible childcare a safe and enjoyable environment is provided where children are able to access a variety of age appropriate activities to enable them to learn, play and relax with their friends attendance is flexible dependant on requirement and availability.
The club caters for up to 26 children and is open from 3.15 pm to 6.15 pm. We operate a school pick up service from both St. Mary’s Infant and Junior School sites. The Club is run by three to four members of staff who are qualified and experienced in working with children. Staff are First Aid trained and hold certificates in Food Hygiene. They attend a variety of specialist courses in After School Club Care. Activities are offered to meet the needs of individual children and include art and crafts, cooking, games and music.

The After School Club Layout During the session children have access to both the indoor and outdoor areas.
The Indoor Area Whilst inside children can take part in a wide range of activities including: • Art and Craft  • Cooking • ICT • Malleable Play • Music, Puzzles, Board Games • Science Experiments • Small and Large Scale Construction • Woodwork
The Outdoor Area We make full use of our outdoor area for play and exercise. This may include: • Ball games   • Den Building • Exploring the Natural World • Large Scale Art and Craft Activities • Music and Dancing • Role Play • Sand and Water Play • Science Experiments • Team Games • Woodwork
 The After School Club Routine Each sessions follows a similar routine
• Staff collect children from St. Mary’s Infant and Junior Schools • Food is served (Health snacks including pasta, soup, fruit, vegetables, milk and juice are provided) • Staff support children in planning their own activities which may include games, art and craft and cooking • Home time
